This is my "go to" product. I absolutely love this!
As with most mdm products it's a multi-tasker. Nothing makes me feel more like a glowing goddess than touchable, soft skin even on those down days.
The ingredient list of this product is classic mdm. It's short and it's natural. But don't let that fool you into thinking it's simple. It's been skillfully created to make sure you get a fabulously effective product that exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time.

Organic Cane Sugar
Many natural body polish recipes contain a large amount of salt as the main exfoliant.
Why? Because it's cheap and scratchy.
mdm body polish naturally contains organic cane sugar for several reasons.
Sugar contains naturally occurring alphahydroxy acids which help to chemically remove the top layer of dead skins cells. It will also help to mechanically remove the dead skin cells.
Because it dissolves slower than salt, you need less to do more.
Finally, have you ever rubbed salt into an open cut? Not very pleasant. Using cane sugar allows you to use mdm body polish even after shaving to complete your soft skin care routine.

Sunflower oil is high in antioxidant vitamins A, C and E so can help prevent the free radical skin damage caused by sunlight and pollution. It is my "go to" body oil so it was a natural choice for this formulation. I love the perfect combination of moisture and nourishment it provides my skin.
It is non-comedogenic, meaning it won't clog pores and it absorbs well which means it doesn't leave you feeling like a french fry. You can really see the difference. When blended in this body polish formulation it doesn't separate or leave the tub slippery. It simply moisturizes the beautiful skin layer that's been revealed from exfoliating with the cane sugar. Leaving it glowing, soft and smooth.
Finally, if you use it after shaving, you'll be happy to know that it does have some antibacterial properties as well. Because it contains organic acids like oleic, palmitic, linoleic and stearic acids it may help protect the skin from infection from nicks and cuts when shaving.

How to use mdm body polish
Body polish works best when your skin is wet and warm so use after a shower. Turn off the water. While still in the shower scoop a small amount out with fingers and rub in circular motions into skin. Start at your feet and move towards the heart. This will also help stimulate circulation and more circulation helps remove toxins that create cellulite. Don't forget to exfoliate your hands! When you're done, turn the shower on and rinse off. Gently pat dry and glow.

The mdm manicure
You know I love multi-tasking products and this is no exception.
We take great care to defy the signs of aging on our faces but what about our hands? We may have fabulous facial skin that defies our age but as soon as we rest our chin on our hand we give ourselves away.
Enter the mdm manicure.
Simply use mdm Body Polish on your hands at least once a week and especially before going out to a big event.
Then, while still warm and moist, massage in your favorite mdm cream. Focus on cuticles and don't forget your wrists.
Make sure to be applying moisture regularly when needed as well.

Carry lip balm with you in the winter and apply to cuticles before going out. It will soften them & can help to prevent hang nails. And of course, make sure to keep nails filed to a practical length to avoid breaking and splitting.
